Based on the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 25.05.1998, № 740 "about the order of registration of subjects of entrepreneurial activity" decision of the Executive Committee of Irpin City Council of 26.10.1999, № 310 was created archive of liquidated enterprises based on collective and private forms of ownership without the successors of bondage to Irpin City State Archive according to  the recomendation approved by the Director of the State archive of Kiev region dated 27.05.1999, and guided by the head of the State Committee on Archives of Ukraine on 13.05.2002, №. 33 "about approval of the provisions on the exemplary local archival institution for centralized temporary storage of documents, decision of 15 session ХХІУ convocation Irpin City Council dated 30.10.2003.  # 454-15-HHÌU created labour archive of executing Committee of Irpin City Council as a structural subdivision of the Executive Committee of Irpin City Council.

The main task Of the archive are:

-identifying and making up sources of manning documents of enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespective of form of ownership, that are located on the territory of the Irpin' city ' and the villages of Vorzel, Hostomel, Kotsiubynske;

-saving according to the conditions defined by the State Committee on Archives of Ukraine, documents from the personnel and documents of the temporary saving of enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespective of form of ownership and subordination that are located on the territory of the Irpin' city' and the villages of Vorzel, Hostomel, Kotsiubynske, or liquidated enterprises, institutions and organizations, which Act (registered);

-reception from enterprises, institutions and organizations – sources of acquisition of archival documents from the personnel, financial and economic activities and other documents, terms of storage which is not ended;

-Scientific and technical processing of documents submitted to the storage, in accordance with the rules of the State Committee on Archives of Ukraine, the creation of the necessary reference apparatus;

-accounting documents that are stored, including by creating and maintaining user accounts database;

-Organization of using documents in business, socio-legal, scientific and other purposes, imitating or legal entities and citizens in accordance with the State Committee on Archives of Ukraine order archived certificates, copies and extracts from documents which are in the possession of;

-examination of value documents that are in the possession of, a view on the approval of the Expert Commission of the archive Department of the Executive Committee of Irpin City Council descriptions of temporary storage of documents from the personnel of enterprises, institutions and organizations – the sources of recruitment, and acts of extraction for destruction of documents, terms of storage which ended.

The main function is:

-acceptance of the documents from the personnel, their accounting;

-providing safety and scientific documents archive;

-query execution of socio-legal character on the statements of citizens and the needs of institutions, organizations and enterprises.

Employment archive is accountable, controlled by City Council, its Executive Committee and city head. Their organizational and legal status with the Department of the Executive Committee of Irpin City Council and held at the expense of the local budget, funds received from scientific and technical processing and storage of archival documents.

Update on 01.01.2012, the labor archives are 119, 119 descriptions of no.6145 Affairs personnel.

from 1999 to 2003 the post of archives was missed. There was a post of archiver of liquidated enterprises, submission the human  archive of Irpin' city, where worked Hanna Hryhorivna Yakovenko.

from 2003 to 2009 is responsible for labour archive was Chief specialist of labor archive Yakovenko Hanna Grigorevna [1].

From January 2009 the Chief labor archive works Sadoshuk Oksana Petrivna.
